Forever Resorts takes great pride in adhering to all applicable federal and state laws and will not share your personal information with any outside companies or vendors except for the facilitation of a business related process or financial transactions on your behalf. For reservations made through a travel agent, this policy applies to your personal information once we receive it.

Use of Cookies
Forever Resorts utilizes cookies to enhance your visitation experience. Cookies help to increase the load speed of our web pages, as well as with your online reservation process. They are not used to collect personally identifiable information. Cookies are not harmful, and Forever Resorts does not utilize harmful code such as malware or spyware.

Links to Other Web Sites Forever Resorts may utilize links to other web sites that are not controlled by Forever Resorts. We will make every effort to only link to sites that share our high standards for security and personal privacy, but we do not warrantee, and are not responsible for, the privacy policy, experience, or security of web sites that are not under Forever Resorts' control.

Opt-Out
In various locations on our web sites we provide visitors with an option to opt-in for e-mail and/or written correspondence, including, but not limited to, newsletters, special offers, and property updates. You may opt-out of our mailing list at any time, using the opt-out link provided in our e-mail correspondence. Children's Policy
Forever Resorts does not intend for our web sites to be used by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly market to, or collect data from, anyone who may be under the age of 18; and none of our data accumulating web pages (including, but not limited to, online reservations, Marketing opt-ins, and contact requests) are intended, or should be used by, anyone under the age of 18.

Lake Mead RV Village Recreational Vehicle Policy

Lake Mead RV Village does not restrict the use of our facilities to any recreational vehicle based on the age of that vehicle. However, the safety of our guests and employees - along with the protection of our environment - is of utmost importance. Therefore, all recreational vehicles and guests must comply with the following policy:

Recreational vehicles (RV's) must meet all applicable Federal and State codes, standards, and regulations. Any RV that has been altered or modified, or is poor condition, may be prohibited from staying in the Park. All RV's must be maintained in good mechanical and working condition as determined by RV Park management. If guests' actions and/or the condition of their RV pose a potential safety or environmental hazard, the guest will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Lake Mead RV Village Pet Policy

When your pet is outside your Trailer or RV, they must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet in length. Pets should not be loose at any time.

Please do not tie your pet up outside your Trailer or RV, or leave it unattended.

There is a maximum of two (2) pets allowed per site.

Pets are not allowed in the Restrooms or Laundry Rooms.

Please cleanup after your pet.

Exotic animals or farm animals (including 'pot-bellied' pigs) are not allowed in the RV Village. Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only animals allowed as pets.

Please make sure that your pet does not frighten or disturb wildlife or other guests.

Please make sure that your pet refrains from barking, howling, or making noise that disturbs others.
